restructure the main content.

Connect with the users on the site.  Work at developing an entry point for approaching the site.  Chose a section that interests you the most.

Concept- represent that new approach.

The current website.  Not visual at all, just text. Mission is one LONG paragraph.
no hierarchy. Get to one part of the site faster than others... the more emergency driven- FAST ACCESS
